We have reserved a block of rooms at the Lopez Islander Resort for our wedding weekend.

Rooms in our block will be available to reserve beginning July 6, 2026. To book, please call the Islander Resort (360) 468-2233 and ask for the Diller wedding Room block. Kathy at the front desk will be happy to assist with reservations and answer any lodging questions.

Lopez Island offers a limited number of lodging options, so we encourage guests to make accommodations as early as possible. If you've already reserved an Airbnb or are planning to stay elsewhere on the island, that is absolutely fine as well. The island is small and easy to get around, and all wedding events will be located close by.

Getting to Lopez Island

Lopez Island is accessed by ferry from Anacortes or seaplane from Seattle.

Ferry

If you plan to bring a vehicle to Lopez Island, we strongly recommend making ferry reservations as early as possible. September can be a busy time in the San Juan Island, and reservations help ensure a smooth trip to and from the island.

If you are unable to secure a reservation, don’t panic! We have reserved a number of ferry spots for our wedding weekend and may be able to share them as needed. Please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help coordinate.

Guests traveling without a vehicle do not need a reservation and can simply walk onto the ferry. Complimentary Parking is available on the Anacortes side (Lopez Islander Resort Parking). Shuttles to and from the Islander will be available.

Reservations: Anacortes/San Juan Islands summer season (June 15 - Sept. 20) reservations open April 15th at 10AM PST. Only a certain number of space are released the first round. After that, two weeks before sail date additional spaces are released. The last chance for reservations is two days before sail. Reservations can be made at Washington State Ferries Vehicle Reservations.
